Exciting Summer News! This year we are offering 3 one-week sessions of Leaping Literacy Summer Camp here at our school! Based on a weekly theme, we will be using art, music, interactive science presentations, storytelling, books and movement to help each camper create their own book. To see some of the fun in past years at the program’s first location in Southwest Harbor, you can check out “Summer Story Camp” on Facebook. Attached you will find a registration form and informational flyer. Sign up for one week or all three, with space allowing. The program will run from 9 am –Noon. This program is free of charge and is designed to inspire your child to see literacy as a form of entertainment and to help them keep up their school skills over the summer.
